Payment Policy:

At How 2 Products, all transactions are conducted in USD currency only. Prices seen on the page are converted from USD to your local currency for the customer's better understanding. Please be sure to enter your address correctly. We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address. 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship our products to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Once an order has been placed, we will begin to process the order, a tracking number usually takes up to 7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3-7 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or if the tracking status is "not available" within 7 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at orders@how2products.com.

The processing time for orders is 3-7 business days. Once shipment is loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 14-25 business days for United States and 25-30 business days internationally. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are unable to control on our end and also, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season. Some products deliver faster than others or come in multiple packages.

In the event your product is shipped from one of our U.S. warehouses, you will receive your package faster than the above quoted times.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or backend charges incurred.

Please be aware: All FREE Gifts from our store will not fall under the standard shipping times and may take 30 days or longer to receive your gift.



IMPORTANT:

We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered in correctly before your item gets shipped out (within 24 hours), we are not responsible for the lost package. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at orders@how2products.com as soon as possible.



Return & Exchange Policy

14 Day Return Policy

We have a strong 14 day return policy upon receiving your item(s). You may return the item only within 14 days of receiving the item as long as it is NOT used and remains in the original packaging. After 14 days we will NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at orders@how2products.com. In some cases we offer up to 30 days just contact us first.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@how2products.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges/Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@how2products.com to make arrangements where to send the product(s). 

In the event where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to orders@how2products.com. If the case is deemed valid, How 2 Products will cover related cost to reimburse.

After 14 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item reimbursement for any reasons.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST at  orders@how2products.com to find out where to mail your return. DO NOT MAIL IT BACK TO OUR ADDRESS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. If you ship it to our address, you will not be issued a refund unless you are instructed to do so.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damaged Product

We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send an email to orders@how2products.com within 14 days upon receiving the item. After 14 days we will NOT refund any items.


Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellation on Orders

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of order at orders@how2products.com. Please be advised that any cancellations requested after 12 hours or purchase will not be honored.



Modifications on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 10 hours of purchases and before orders are fulfilled. Changes requested after 10 hours of purchase will not be entertained.
