1.) Where is How2Products Located?

We are located in sunny San Diego, CA. 2534 State Street Suite 462, San Diego, CA 92101. Please do not send any returns to this address. Please do not show up at this address as we are by appointment only.

2.) How do I track my order?

You can just click on Track Your Order on our website - login to your account and enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status.

3.) When will I get my tracking number?

Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Our suppliers manage thousands of products so it does take a few days to initially process the order. Please take note to allow 3 to 7 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 7 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at orders [at] how2products.com (please replace [at] with actual @ sign.

4.) Where can I get my tracking number?

You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 7 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, kindly send us an email at

5.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the shipping warehouse. your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

6.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Only on select products where indicated on the product, otherwise, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States and Internationally as mentioned.

7.) How long does delivery take?

The processing time for orders is up to 7 business days. After that you will be issued a tracking number, the general shipping times are displayed in the table below:

*Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

8.) What is the difference between 'Free Shipping and 'Regular & Large Package Shipping'?

If an item is over $29 and qualifies for free shipping, then it will ship for free, but we do sell larger or heavier items on our site that require more packaging care and a higher shipping cost. The Large Package Shipping delivers faster because of the premium you pay. Unfortunately, for oversized items, we do not offer free shipping at this time.


9.) How do I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at orders@how2products.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will not be allowed.

A handling fee of 10% will be charged of the product price as a handling charge for item cancellation.
