Question: What strength resistance band should I use?
Answer: You start off with the lowest weight where you can actually feel resistance then work your way up from there.
Choosing and Using Resistance Bands
Example: Say that you are going to perform bicep curls. Start with a 10 lb. resistance band and do a few curls. If it is too easy or there is no resistance at all, move up to the next weighted tension resistance band.
If you purchase our 11 Piece Resistance Band Set found by clicking here, then you can actually add multiple resistance bands in order to increase the weight beyond a single resistance band weight.

It really boils down to what you feel comfortable with and what type of workout routine you will be performing. Of course, consult a physician before starting any workout routine or exercise.
Personally, we like to combine resistance band training with increased weight training as well as cardio in the form of "HIIT TRAINING" ( High Intensity Training ) in order to achieve maximum results.
If you are interested in some great free HIIT TRAINING, then head over to YouTube or click here (not a paid link - just a good channel) as there are many valuable free resources available.
Remember to not over do it. Use a resistance band tension weight that is comfortable for the exercise you can perform for at least 10 reps. Then either go up or down based on your workout routine.
